GrowthWork, LLC was founded on a simple premise: growth comes from strong roots. We saw too many local organizations struggling with undocumented processes and overwhelmed teams. We also saw too many "experts" offering one-size-fits-all advice that gathered dust on a shelf.

Annora believes that the best growth happens when you have strong roots. Originally from Oregon, she brought her lifelong passion for organization and structure to Northwest Ohio and never looked back.
With top-notch expertise in process design and operational strategy, Annora has partnered with over 30 businesses and nonprofits right here in Toledo. She has a unique gift for seeing through the clutter, helping overwhelmed leaders transform their behind-the-scenes chaos into sustainable clarity. For Annora, organization isn't about rigid corporate rules; it's about building practical frameworks that empower teams to do their best work without burning out. Before founding GrowthWork, she spent over a decade quietly rescuing fast-growing local companies from their own operational bottlenecks.
When she isn’t rolling up her sleeves to build systems for her clients, Annora is embracing the beautiful, everyday chaos of life with her husband and two daughters. You can usually find them exploring the Toledo Metroparks, hunting for the best local coffee, or tending to a backyard garden that is—naturally—impeccably organized.
